"Cone" is a possibility, since the author obviously used the English "Stem" as well (re. your other query https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/medical-general... ). But, seriously, a medical text based on -even educated- guesses may create life-threatening errors when things are going bad, and I wouldn't want to support someone who is irresponsible enough to issue such a text.

All your queries arise from a faulty speech recognition, and this phrase is so absurd that a translation would require extensive terminology research for similar-sounding words, plus perfect technical knowledge and some gift of clairvoyance to be sure that these similar-sounding words are appropriate and intended in the given context.
