@ all We seem to have a business contract between two parties who provide some sort of service to hotels. Certain things in the contract can be modified, lifted, removed and cancelled. I agree that it would help if we knew what.
A dictionary says, "a detailed contract which attempts to provide for all possible contingencies" and this can include many things beyond "voyage" (holiday) in a strict sense.

Finally, Eliza's document quoted in her "disagree" has NOTHING to do with "voyage" or hotels if you look at it for one second:

It is about WOOD in fact and the contingencies are things like "lot", "row", "species of wood" "volume" etc.

agree AllegroTrans : This seems to be the most likely scenario-about changing or cancelling booking quotas, thus affecting room availability. Maybe this is about a package or tour where no specific hotel can be guaranteed. Asker ought to know.

Your document speaks of "voyage" but underneath, you fill in "lot", "essence", "rang", "canton" et "volume". Does your form have anything at all to do with "voyage" in the sense you want to use it (séjour) ???. Your document is for WOOD !!!

I checked possible meanings of 'annulation' and found 'invalidation' as well as 'cancellation'. I found 'contingent' to be a share or quota.

Instead of 'share price quota' in the translation 'reservation quota' would be better.
