Russian term

Da situatsiya etim ne luchshe.

Russian to English Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc.
A drug user is asked:
'In your opinion how can the availability of syringes and needles be increased? So as to improve the situation.'

He replies: Da situatsiya etim ne luchshe.
He then goes on to suggest that mobile syringe exchange points are set up.
