Sigo revisando este mamotreto horrible.

Se ha traducido como "equilibra": "Tampoco equilibra el caso del demandado que deba permitírsele gastar tales sumas de dinero frente a la solidez del caso del demandante...." , pero no le encuentro ningún sentido.
