AJ. Ф. 378. фасц. 1 (несређено). Арх. jед. "Посланство
KJ у Куjбишеву 1940/1941. Персонална решењ служебника"
Персонална документациjа "Симић Божин" [the remainder of the footnote is
in Russian and Englsih]
This is a footnote from a Russian-language article on the
1939-1941 "Balkan Crisis".
I'm puzzled by the apparent reference to Kuybyshev, which wasn't
the de facto Soviet capital until late 1941.
Арх. jед. is presumably "storage unit" as in Russian

архивска јединица = a "unit" in the sense of "collection / lot of documents" - might also be a reference to just a specific shelf, more likely to be a reference to a box - even when archives are not meant to ever be moved, they are often kept in boxes, each containing several very literal "files" - or just a pile of "unsorted" documents.
"1940/1941" would includes the whole of these two years, so even "late" 1941 would be in there.

An archival item comprises materials that document a specific transaction or a set of related activities, such as a letter, photograph, photograph album or file. Although a letter may include several pages this may be treated as a single archival item as the pieces make up a whole. An archival item will usually form part of an archival series or archival collection.
