Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Interventional Cardiology (catheters)

I'm reviewing translation for an Excel spreadsheet that is made up of the cryptic notes of a professional in interventional cardiology. The cells contain notes about catheters, etc. the cell in question contains the following text in the source language (ES-Spain): "Mejorar implante predecible.- Reducción de marcapasos.- Reducción de PVL." The translation (EN-US) given is: "Improve predictability of implant.- Decreased pacemakers.- Decrease in ex-factory price." This is apparently on the assumption that the acronym "PVL" is for "precio de venta del laboratorio", as I cannot find any other (medical) acronym that makes sense. But would this be the same as "ex-factory price"? Thank you!
