Bonjour,
Je traduis le site d'un parc de pêche/pisciculture. Je ne vois pas comment traduire Veredelung en rapport avec des poissons sachant que j'ai traduit Verarbeiten par transformation. Auriez-vous une idée svp ?
"Zuletzt gehören das Verarbeiten und die Veredelung der Fische, wie z. B. das Filetieren und das Räuchern, sowie die Vermarktung unserer Produkte zu ihren Aufgaben."
