"Should the Distributor give a Second Notice accepting the opportunity under clause 2.7, the Distributor shall submit within (60) sixty days of the First Notice, a reasonably detailed business plan setting out its proposals on how it will secure premises then **staff market** and distribute the Products from such location including its forecast volumes of Products to be sold through such location and its worst and best case predicted timescale to opening."
