Proposed translations
Impose detention conditions / continue in the same way as for application without ( )
Draw up a custodial scheme for remand / to continue as applied for without any ( )
.. The add-on of weioter suggests to continue as sought by the public prosecutor's office.
This custodial regime or arrangement certainly does exist in the UK in general detenand Northern Ireland in particular - cut to ex-PM Margaret Thatcher and the IRA, not only at the *committal* or pre-trial stage cf. 'pre-trial detention' in the US of A, but also at the stage of remand in custody Untersuchungshaft cf. vs. remand on bail - remand a case also means sending (a case) back to a lower court for additional proceedings.
Haftgrundbezogene Beschränkungen während der Untersuchungshaft
Remand (also known as pre-trial detention or provisional detention) is the process of detaining a person who has been arrested and charged with an offence until their trial.

A compelling answer to be honest; thanks, Adrian. |
to impose/specify conditions of detention
Many of the references below concern the conditions under which the RAF terrorists were to be detained:

I don't think UK courts do this, so I doubt whether there is a standard EN term.
As for the rest of the question, it is not a complete sentence or even phrase. Antrag = application

In what way is 'detention conditions' at 2 days 9 hrs more helpful than 'conditions of detention' at 53 mins? The next time you post a question on this site, I will post a link to this one.
That's a good answer, as well. |

Thanks for that. 'Order' covers 'Statut' nicely. // Classic outcome.

: Good reference! I quote: "...genügende, einzelfallbezogene Anordnung (sog. Haftstatut)..." For the opposite, see https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/law-general/676... (I better not comment on the outcome of that Q, though).
