Je pense que la phrase est scindée au mauvais endroit, et que la traduction pour le terme "taps" est trompeuse :

The first two links show the sensors and the video shows how they are connected to the pump by screwing them into pre-drilled, tapped holes. My one problem with this is that the holes themselves are not usually called taps in English.
