I know that BIM stands for Building Information Modeling software, the word giving me difficulty here is "foule", not sure how to translate it here, obviously "démarche" is "approach" or "process".

"démarche full BIM" Margaret is right! In fact it's a machine-translated text from a video, & listening to the video again the French native speaker definitely says "démarche 'full' BIM", thanks, Margaret, I will close & award you points once the 24-hour period is up!

yes I thought of "crowdsourcing".... not sure if "crowdsourcing" would be appropriate here though..... and "démarche" doesn't seem to fit into that......

'crowdsourcing'? 'open'? I can only suggest that this word may have been used to suggest a process involving the general public, but I am far from confident. Any indication that this might be the case?
