Spanish term

Conocedores de que su esfuerzo se reflejara durante su desarrollo profesional

Spanish to English Other Education / Pedagogy CPD certificate
This appears on a Basic Life Support certificate issued by the Colombian Red Cross. The full sentence is:

"Conocedores de que su esfuerzo se reflejara durante su desarrollo profesional, le extendemos nuestra más sincera felicitación por el éxito alcanzado."

I wondered if there should be an accent on reflejara - should it be reflejará? Either way I'm not sure what it's trying to convey.

As we know you will make use of what you have learned throughout your career

I think there is an accent missing too.
This is another option for you (variation on a theme)
I started with this:
As we know your efforts will be demonstrated throughout your career
But think they might be trying to say this (efforts not in vain idea):
As we know you will make use of what you have learned throughout your career

Actually, on third thoughts (!):
As we know you will use what you have learned later in your career
(Otherwise there could be confusion)

agree philgoddard : I think it needs a less literal approach.

agree Robert Carter : Yes, of course, "desarrollo profesional" is what we'd call a "career" English.

conscious that your efforts are evident throughout your professional development

This is one way to say it.

Knowing that your efforts will be reflected during your professional development

Indeed, there's an accent mark missing in "reflejara," it should be "reflejará."

To me, it's trying to convey that the efforts this person has already shown will also show during his/her career.
Peer comment(s):

agree Helen Unger Clark (X) : However, I would suggest that "professional development" be changed to "career". (As you say in your comment, Pablo. :) )
