English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s) Loan of UAV

The Borrower shall not so affix the equipment to real property or fixture so as to change its nature and shall keep the equipment at the location where it has been shipped according to this Agreement and shall not remove the equipment without prior written consent of the Lender.
