enquête
As many of you might remember we drove through 4 stages beginning with qualitative research among 150 leaders arriving at 25 similar Purpose statements and finally arriving at one powerful phrase arrived at Phase 4 by the last quantitative survey in five languages with over 17,000 participants.
Employees/genders/ tenured employees ***related to it*** similarly all over the world.
Je ne vois pas bien ce que ça veut dire...
Ma tentative : Les employés / genres / titulaires y ont fait référence de la même manière dans le monde entier.
Ça ne veut pas dire grand'chose, merci pour votre aide.

English term (edited):
they related to it (the powerful phrase ) similarly
eux tous la percevaient de manière similaire
here "to relate to" is about perception / subjective reactions / feeling some personal connections with what is said.
Employees/genders/ tenured employees related to it (the powerful phrase ) similarly
=
at the end of Phase 4 they managed to find a "powerful phrase" that was creating similar personal reactions in all employees/genders/ tenured employees
A bit like the opposite of one famous "faux-pas" in advertising: putting on billboards all over Northern Ireland "the future is Orange" (check the history of Northern Ireland for explanation, especially what is the "Orange Order", marches, etc)

The advertising was for the mobile network "Orange", not for the "Orange order", still about half of the target audience wasn't impressed at all...
