Hola a todos! No entiendo del todo lo que expresa el párrafo, me parece muy confuso. ¿Agreement to assign sería "contrato para ceder"? EL documento es una escritura de cesión dentro de un contrato de licencia.
2. Agreement to Assign:
If in any country the execution after the date of this Assignment of a confirmatory assignment or other document of the Intellectual Property Rights (or any of them) in that country would be ineffective or invalid by reason of the transfer effected by this Assignment, then this Assignment shall be deemed to be an agreement to assign, and not an assignment of the Intellectual Property Rights (or any of them) in that country.

It's like this: "If (in any country) the execution (after the date of this Assignment) of a confirmatory assignment (of the Intellectual Property Rights) or other document of the Intellectual Property Rights (or any of them, i.e. any of those intellectual property rights) in that country would be ineffective or invalid by reason of the transfer effected by this Assignment..."
