Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contracts for services
Buenas.

The booking party is required to pay the fee in full and any additional expenses caused by not presenting the artists in the event for reasons beyond the control of the producer...

you could also say "political developments"

a small detail would be "that might/could etc." to cover the subjunctive in Spanish

but ok as it is IMO

"appearing" as an alternative to "performing"

but for such political circumstances as may have an impact on the performers' appearance

en el sitio ... at the venue,

.. influyan: subjunctive, so some doubt vs. the indicative mood of influyen: there is no doubt.

.... de > al no presentar a sus artistas en el evento por motivos ajenas al productor : on failing to have their performers appear at the event for reasons beyond the producer's control.

Poltical circumstances I take to be possibly strained relations between Venezuela and the USA, but leaving open the range of impact on the booking contract.

Recording artists or live performers.....

'...considero que se refiere a que deberá abonar la totalidad de los honararios..' feasible, but there are otherwise various types of cancellation fee deductible - in this case none or waived for 'frustration' or 'impossibility' of contract performance.
Example sentence:

The Buenos Aires–based artist talks about her demanding process, the status of women ... How else does your context in Argentina influence your work?

Yes, 'overtranslated' - vs. impacting on and I don't agree that 'influyen en' means preventing. Influencing can take many guises, including switching the performance to a video link.

without political circumstances that may influence the presence of the artists

the literal version

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : "Without". whilsta literal translation, doesn't convey the correct meaning here and "influence" doesn't really work; sounds unnatural as is often the case with literal translation// whilst a // obvious typo

That is why I said "literal" - it doesn't work, but it shows what the author is trying to say. Change "influence" to "impact". And I never heard "whilsta" before...

without influences from circumstantial politics

The information explains that the reservation is linked with completely returnable fees as well as the additional cost expenses raised by an event. Those are not presented to the event artists, for reasons outside of production, without influences from circumstantial politics in the presence of event artists on site.

Circumstantial politics are the politics or the company policies which are relevant to the particular circumstances of the time and place of the event.

neutral AllegroTrans : Would you please care to explain what "influences from circumstantial politics" means? It sounds like nonsense
