Type of Action: Special Family Cases, (Non-Contentious) Consent Decree Divorce
Jurisdicción Voluntaria >> ex parte proceedings in which there is no dispute between the parties. such as adoptions, name changes etc. Opposite of 'juicio contencioso', West.
Previously, per US divorce attorneys, divorce cases rarely used to be mediated or arbitrated, as the wife had usually been in an 'inferior bargaining position'. but things may have changed.
Jurisdicción Voluntaria: Non-Contentious Business, the Non-Contentious label arguably a tautology of the consent idea - the divorce judge, pace AT, 'rubber-stamping' or ratifying (our London Trans. Office audio-typists: 'gratifying') the parties' arrangements.

: I don't see "decree" (or order etc) in the source text; it's describing a procedure, so the word is superfluous as that is merely the end result if the case succeeds

OK > notarially attested > divorce by consent. Query: the translation in West of your sidestepped term of Jurisdicción Voluntaria as ex parte e.g. unilateral jurisdiction. It must be an inter partes jurisdiction bilaterally on notice to both spouses.

: Between your post and your reply to Chris, I'd say you've got some really good options: 'Type of Action: Special Family Cases, Divorce by Consent' would appear to work just fine. Ending with '...Non-Contentious Divorce' may be an option, too.

Divorce and annulment are both available under Guatemalan law and must be mutually agreed upon or based on a cause recognized by statute. Fraud, force, and lack of consent do not constitute grounds for divorce under Guatemalan law.

My sense is that there is a lack of commas here, and that it should be parsed as:
"Tipo proceso: Familia, Especiales, Jurisdicción Voluntaria, Divorcio"
"Tipo proceso: Familia, Especiales, Jurisdicción Voluntaria, Divorcio"
