Patching line
Does anyone know the correct Danish term for "control logic", please? I am not sure if the correct term is "kontrolprogram" or "styreprogram" or something else.
The text is on a patching line for patching (repair) of defects in veneer sheets. Sentence examples:
"the control logic turns off feeder automatic drive and lowers the lift platform to receive the next stack"
"If needed, the control logic straightens the veneer sheet by adjusting the suction box belt speed"
"If no veneer sheet is picked up, the control logic assumes that the stack is empty, turns off feeder automatic drive and..."
Hope someone can help. Deadline on Monday at 11.00 GMT. Thanks in advance.

I thought, like you, that "control" should be "styre", but apparently IT developers just use the direct translation "kontrollogik". That is the suggestion in the Microsoft terminology termbase and it is used in a blog post in "Ingeniøren".
So "kontrollogik" is my suggestion if this is a text for IT professionals, which it looks like it is.

I just realized that the target group is probably users and clients. If "control logic" is not an important term in the text, but the important part is what it does, you could probably just translate it to "program" or "styreenhed".

Example sentence:

Fordelen ved selvoscillering er, at kontrollogikken kan undværes, og outputtet fra komparatoren er et firkantsignal, hvor frekvensen kan omregnes til kapacitansen for Cx.
