English term

comers

English to French Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
Bonjour,

1L mutation X
2L mutation X
3L, post-treatment Y, post-chimio
2L post-treatment Y
1L All comers

1L, 2L, 3L are 1re, 2e et 3e lignes.

Thanks That's what I thought. And now I realise that there are >60000 mentions in Google Scholars. Trivial question. I'll delete it.

Trouvé ceci : In the context of a clinical trial, “all comers” means “open to (more or less) anyone who has the condition being studied”. It applies to any trial in any disease, though it is definitely used more in the cancer world.

It’s not a rigorously-defined term. It’s generally used to highlight differences with “enriched” trials, which are trials that are looking for specific subtypes of patients.
