The question begs the question of how Fianza is going to be translated : bond,. guarantee or all-monies etc. security: generally in the UK, guarantees, liens and bonds are satisfied post-enforcement, whilst deeds of suretyship are implemented.
The only term I'd avoid is 'vacating' as that has criminal bail bond overtones in the US of A.

But not "effective" - it becomes effective when it's signed, not when it's paid. "Cumplir" can mean "become effective", but not in this context.
