Italian term

in eventuale concorso con altri

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Modello 231
Ecco la frase:

"A titolo esemplificativo, costituiscono Infrazioni i seguenti comportamenti: la violazione, anche con condotte omissive e ***in eventuale concorso con altri***, dei principi definiti dal Codice Etico e delle misure previste nel presente Modello o stabilite per la sua attuazione"

"By way of example, the following conducts constitute Infringements: violating, even by omission and ***in participation with others (if any)***, the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics and the measures provided for in this Model or established for its implementation"

@philgoddard thank you for your feedback. Sometimes it just takes time to realize you're already looking at the right answer.
philgoddard Dec 8, 2021:
Thomas Roberts' answer last time was excellent, and fits your context exactly. As he explained, you don't need to translate "eventuale".
Pier Brudaglio (asker) Dec 8, 2021:
Yep! And I wasn't satisfied with the answer. The thing is "in conjunction with others" sounds great, but doesn't convey the nuance of "EVENTUALE concorso". Anyway, I meant to use "conjunction" instead of "participation", too. Thank you!

Proposed translations

in a possible nexus with other linked offences

i seguenti comportamenti : the following types or courses of conduct / 'behavio/u/rs'.

TBH - to be honest - the phrase struck me in the 'eventuale' context of the 'condotti omissive' and ringing loud Spanish bells: pace Phil G.: 'noscitur a sociis' > 'know a word by the company it keeps' > as meaning con altri reati and not human third parties.
Example sentence:

IATE: it concorso di reati CJUE en concurrent offences CJUE

ADDENDUM TO THE HAGUE GOOD PRACTICES ON THE NEXUS BETWEEN TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME AND TERRORISM

Note from asker:
Thank you Adrian for your reply. I eventually went for Thomas Roberts' answer, which seems indeed the most natural and suitable option here.
