Toni Castano Dec 18, 2021:
Strange wording Perhaps this wording is typical for Mexican legal drafting, I am not sure. But I am certainly sure that the alternative would be something like this:
"Se me tenga por ofrecidos (= presentados) en tiempo y forma todos y cada uno de los medios de prueba señalados; así como solicitadas las penas [no comma] para el delito motivo de la acusación.

Jorge, what do you think?
Paul Ryan Dec 18, 2021:
may 1 From looking at other sources, and in the absence of greater context from this source, it seems that it may mean: May it please the court to consider that I am ..... or words to that effect.

Spanish term (edited): Que .... se me tenga ofreciendo

That I be deemed to be proffering

subjunctive mood and this question, in various guises, already asked numerous times on Proz, albeit answered in the indicative mood by mistake: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/70...

Proffering for US Am. consumption, rather than offering for Anglo-Irish consumption: 'the word “proffer” can mean different things, depending on the context in which it is used. In the context of a trial or a hearing, for example, a “proffer” means an offer of proof: an attorney formally tells the court what the evidence would have shown, instead of actually presenting the evidence.'

it shall be submitted in due course

I suggest it means:
'Each of the modes and formats of evidence requested shall be submitted or presented in due course, alongside the applied penalty in line with the offense committed which brought the accusation.'

(ES: 'Cada uno de los modos y formatos de evidencia va a ser presentado o sometido a su debido tiempo (en su momento oportuno), así como se aplique la pena relacionada con la infracción cometida que ha llevado a la acusación.')
