الطفل موجود حالياً في اسرة حاضنة ولكن محكمة الاسرة تريد ان يتم العثور على عائلة الطفل ومصطلح العائلة يشمل افراد اسرته من ام واب واخوة واخوات واقاربه حتى يكون صلات بينهم او حتى يتم نقله لهم
