All toxicology studies are discussed in terms of dose administered and systemic exposure to pralsetinib. да, это area (в таблице сокращений это и было так расшифровано а/а - аrea in area)

Если вы уверены, что "a" - это именно area (хотя непонятно, чего именно - пика?), то если мы обозначаем "% w/w" как "% мас./мас.", то для "% a/a" следует использовать "% пл./пл.", пояснив, разумеется, что "пл." - это площадь
