And this is a continuation of minimum requirements, including machine optimization, the Nyquist limit and sweep speed minimum requirements.
You can review all these guidelines within the acquisition standards as I mentioned in the last slide.

Okay, so over the next 10 slides or so is a list of the required echocardiography views for the trial.
Please note that for sites which choose to submit a historical screening scan, and it has to again be within six months of submission and the site should have acquired views according to site standard of care and that’s why in the previous slide, we mentioned about the site standard of care parameters, which should be adopted if the imaging has acquired prior to training.
And then we’ve got at the bottom of the slide here is a list of abbreviated imaging windows, which will be reviewed over the next few slides.
So, the parasternal long axis, short axis, apical 4-, 5-, 3- and 2- chamber and then the subcostal views as well.
So, firstly the parasternal long axis views required include 2D, color doppler of the aortic valve and mitral valve, M-mode of the LV and an M-mode across the left atrium and aortic valve region as well.
I am going to skip through these relatively quickly.
Again, there is a list breakdown in the imaging acquisition standards and a full description of the requirement within that document.
Next is the parasternal short axis views, including the 2D at the aortic, mitral valve and papillary level then a color doppler of the aortic valve at the AV level as well.
And then continued parasternal short axis acquisitions.
So, we need a color doppler to look for any MR at the MV level, a color doppler of the [INDISCERNIBLE] valve, sorry, at the aortic valve level, and then a pulse and continuous wave across that pulmonary valve and color and continuous wave across the tricuspid valve as well.
Apical 4-, 2D of the apical 4-chamber, then a zoomed in 2D of the LV, color doppler across the mitral valve and then **pulse wave doppler** across the pulmonary veins and across the mitral valve.
Apical 4-chamber continued.
We need a continuous wave across the mitral valve, color doppler across the tricuspid valve and then a tissue doppler assessment across the annulus within the LV, and then the M-mode of the RV free wall.
Then the apical 5-chamber, we need a 2D of the apical 5-chamber, color doppler across the aortic valve and then continuous wave and pulse wave.
So, continuous wave through the atrial valve and pulse wave within the LVOT.
Apical 2-, 2D and color doppler, sorry, 2D of the apical 2-and then color doppler across the mitral valve.
Apical 3-, 2D, and then color doppler across the mitral valve and the aortic valve.
