The following desciption appears in a receipt accompanying a medical claim in Bariloche, Argentina, with no other contextr available.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be intended to mean?

As I said, it's a receipt for a medical claim in Bariloche. No more context other than the receipt is from a hotel.

Actually you didn't mention that. So does it just have the name of the hotel, then the phrase you're asking about, and a sum of money? How much? And how do you know it's a medical receipt?

As mentioned, the receipt is from a hotel/resort in Bariloche - so could be a skiing iissue - but no context at all.
