This is an academic text about the bd project, "buen diseño" project in Argentina in the 50s where a number of concrete artists made textile designs:
Probablemente, el proyecto plástico y su uso posterior como diseño para telas (tapicería, vestido, etc.) no fuera siempre una consecuencia estricta. Es factible que la clasificación utilitaria, en muchos casos, fuera posterior al momento de la realización. I am wondering if "de campo" refers to some idea of fieldwork, which I am interpreting (loosely) as experimentation:
Indeed, this group of works is characterized by a certain malleable and experimental structure, where a piece can be used for a tapestry or a dress.

: I interpret this as meaning rustic as well. It aligns with "estructura sin foco," which contrasts una "consecuencia estricta." On a side note, the Spanglish in this passage is interesting :)
