This appears several times in a medical report (Peru) for a patient suffering from metastatic prostate cancer (stage 4). I see it 3 times in the set of documents (1) under "observations" on the Vital Sign monitoring log; (2) a heading on a nursing report, that's it, just a heading before the nurse starts the notes; and (3) "Ingresa al SQAA para recibir tto con bifosfonato"
So, it appears to be some kind of treatment room, as far as I can tell, but I'm not completely sure.
