Reinzuchthefen, wie sie in der Önologie oft verwendet werden, sind in der Form von Trockenhefen oder Flüssighefen erhältlich. Die Flüssighefen sind dabei nicht wirklich "flüssig", sondern haben eben eine rahmige Konsistenz, daher cream. Siehe Link...
