Medical report
For those of you who have been following my travails, still working on series of reports, probably from Uruguay, man with type I diabetes and foot and eye problems. This one is about the eye problems.
It talks about his visual acuity and then says
*****LDH:**** Lío en posición (intra-optical lens in position) and atrofia de "irir" which must be "atrophy of iris"
I am skeptical about the possibility that LDH would mean lactic dehydrogenase in this situation.
After that line it just says A20
and then goes on to talk about the "eyegrounds"
Grateful for suggestions.

You're right to be skeptical; in this context, LDH is "lámpara de hendidura".
