A gate is...well, a gate, two uprights, and just maybe a horizontal structure too.

Andrew Bramhall
: I think this is about avoiding tilting( and hence spillage)during the tipping process.

antispill stabilisers/beams/bars
I think Phil is right and there's no trade term. It looks like the French is made up too, so anything that describes the system's function should do.
The web page says portiques anti-renversement, which suggests a system to prevent spilling during tipping, not tipping itself. It's unclear if portiques refers to the side bars/beams/stabilisers only or the whole structure.

Or maybe just "antispill barriers".

tipping (restraint) frame
I'm giving you a tip-off.
Remember that your UK tip truck is a US dump truck (and that your UK dump truck what Americans will call i) a quarry hauler or ii) a dumper. And that you UK dumper is not much more than a sort of motorized wheelbarrow.
So a US dump truck discharging its contents tips while a UK tip truck dumps. Under unfavo(u)rable circumstances, both might roll over, turn over, or, if we must, tip (over).
Personally I'd avoid 'tip' for the action to be prevented by 'portiques anti-basculement', to avoid confusion, even if in the context it is obvious that this undesirable tipping is not the same as the tipping that is the purpose of the exercise.
"The TIP-OFF area to have a marked exclusion zone with physical barriers to prevent entry Where there are serious consequences of an OVERTURN and tipping has to be undertaken i.e. next to occupied building, live traffic lane, railway line, on a ramp, etc. Installation of a ‘TIPPING RESTRAINT FRAME’"

My preference goes to "tipping frame" in the image below, since it describes a frame at the point of tipping/dumping/discharge, and thus covers both interpretations of 'tip'.

Come to think of it, 'tipping restraint frame' can - and quite possibly should - be interpreted as 'frame for restraint during tipping (discharging)' and not as 'frame for restraint against tipping (rolling over)".

It's not my invention, it's what people in the field call it, amongst other terms.
