I know the term “spot” in the financial world from expressions like “spot price”, i.e. a trading price that is paid for assets (real goods or commodities) at a given time and in a given place in order to guarantee an immediate delivery.

Since the text deals with incentives offered for sales of items (mobile phones, you say), I understand that the spot allowances offered are paid “al contado” (with immediate effect = de inmediato), which is certainly an “incentive” for sellers.

Entiendo que los llaman también "spot awards" y "spot bonuses". Partiendo de ahí, bien podría tratarse de bonificaciones puntuales/discrecionales/inmediatos.
Yo optaría por puntuales/discrecionales.
