Das heißt, "antimicrobials" hat die übliche Bedeutung, aber es fehlt ein "f" im Quelltext: "Consider re-culturing with better specimen off antimicrobials".
Man soll eine neue Probe von der Wunde nehmen, möglichst ohne antibiotische Wundbehandlung/systemische Behandlung, um sicherzugehen, dass wirklich keine Keime in der Wunde sind.
