This is a commercial register excerpt regarding partnership law. The section below is about the limited partnership component of the GmbH & Co. KG.
I am in particular looking into "Articles of Association" and "partnership agreement" because they are easy to grasp although I do know there might be other options. I have put "Articles of Association" but I could be wrong.

Master limited partnership ähnelt der deutschen Kommanditgesellschaft.
Limited Partnership ist die generelle britische Bezeichnung für beschränkte Partnerschaften und kommt dort der Kommanditgesellschaft nahe.
