#Yassine El Bouknify Your suggestion "ملحوظة ثانية او ملحوظة اخرى" is the right one. We usually write "ملحوظة" at the bottom of letter when we forget to mention something within it.
You can put it as an answer.
(pay attention ملحوظة but not ملاحظة because this is how we used to write it )

It is ملحوظة if it is first one and ملحوظة ثانية او اخرى for second one.

ملحوظة ثانية أو ملحوظة رقم 2 Since it comes after the first P.S., it means it's less important than the first note ملحوظة
Google doesn't index good results, unfortunately, but it basically means it's less important than الملحوظة الأولى
Or ملحوظة تابعة
Or it could even mean ملحوظة ثانوية
