I can't offer much context except that it relates to health insurance software, so in this context it is not the physical Leistungsabrechnung that an insurer would post to you after you file a claim.
I can't seem to find a nice way to translate this term. "Benefit settlement" maybe? "Payment processing" or "billing" sounds nice but I don't think this software actually processes payments, so that would be inaccurate.
