4. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties, each party irrevocably and unconditionally waives, to the fullest extent it may legally and effectively do so, any objection that it may now or hereafter have to the choice of law, means of resolving disputes or venue for or enforcement of any award related to arbitration in accordance with this clause arising from or relating to the Purchase Order.
