This is taken from a medical report about a patient with various cardiac issues.

Persistierendes Vorhofflimmern mit bradykarder AV-Überleitung.

I'm guessing there is not a corresponding adjective in English and that there is another (standard) way of describing this.

"Atrial fibrillation with a slow ventricular response.

I never see "bradycardic" in native En texts.

Atrial fibrillation is most commonly associated with a rapid ventricular response, though AF with a slow ventricular response may occur when there is reduced conduction of fibrillatory waves through the conduction pathways.
