Pipeta ahumadora

Non-PRO Spanish to English Other Cooking / Culinary Pipeta ahumadora
This is part of a recipe for smoked croquettes - the instruction is as follows: Disponer la pasta de croquetas en una bandeja de horno y ahumar con pipeta ahumadora y madera de roble.

It seems to be referring to this tool: https://www.culinarium.es/es/ahumador-aladin-100-chef-052419...

I've found a wide range of names in Spanish, including pipa de humo, ahumador instantáneo, infusor humo and pistola humeante, but can't find any standardised or even common translation in English. Any ideas?!

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Smoke tubes

It is a tool used to add smoke flavor to food or drink. It typically consists of a metal or stainless steel tube with a cap on one end, and a means of filling the tube with wood chips or other smoking fuels on the other end. The smoke tube is then placed on a heat source, such as a gas grill or smoker, and the heat causes the wood chips to smolder and produce smoke. The smoke is then drawn into the tube and can be directed over food or into a container, infusing the food or drink with a smoky flavor. Smoke tubes can be used to smoke a variety of foods, including meats, fish, cheese, and cocktails. They are a convenient and portable way to add smoke flavor to food, and can be used in outdoor cooking or even indoors on a stovetop.
