Spanish term (edited): Título I

The DENOMINACION, OBJETO, DURACION Y DOMICILIO : name, corporate object(s) vs. partnership purpose, duration /life vs. partnership term and regd. office vs. partnership purpose ties up with the Memorandum of Association opener that is split only into clauses, rather than articles, as in the add-on Articles of Assoc. /(US) Incorporation trailer.

In half a century, I have never seen any other split of a UK / Scottish or US company's constitution ('Statutes' or - as per our inhouse London & Essex audio-typists: 'Statues').

Non-Pro Voters (I am surprised not advocating 'leave out as redundant') ought to have realis/zed this point. It's basic UK / US company law stuff, even if the clients or end-users moan that something is 'missing'.

That is probably what I would use. Though 'Article' is another option, seeing as they're articles of association.

There's a template but you're not allowed to copy and paste.

'These are more complicated in layout, but simple to understand. The Articles are the rulebook of the company; what it can and can't do and what its members can and can't do.

Most companies use Model articles; a standard template which founders don't alter in any way, because there's no need.

Later, when you get fat with cash or things become more complicated, the need may arise to make changes, but this is not the case for most small companies.

Articles can be changed via a special resolution. Members have to pass this special resolution agreeing to the changes. The final changed document must be submitted to Companies House within 15 days of the resolution being passed by the membership.'
