Ministry of Comunication and Announcements
Official Portuguese site in PT Serviço de Comunicao, and also Comunicados, Englsh version by the Pt Government seems, not real clear, seems ambiguous, Comunication, and Announcements, usine various terms Ministries, so SNS would then be Ministrey of Health, instead of Health Department.
