¿extracto? ¿Y no es posible que utilice la palabra summary como 'extracto' ("extracto de derechos particulares")? en el sentido de que estamos ante una cláusula de exclusión de responsabilidad, en la medida en que dicha aplicación sea utilizada para otros sistemas informáticos. No veo que dicha "cláusula" trate materia de protección de datos como dice otro compañero.

agree Robert Carter : Yes, or just "derecho de los interesados", not forgetting the "summary" part because it refers to a listing of these rights. Perhaps "enumeración de derechos de los interesados"?

It would help to know what country this is from as, Transatlantically in the USA, the meaning may well change, as intimated in the above answers.

In the UK, routinely refers to the General Data Protection Regulation aka GDPR.

Generally, in intellectual property law, individual rights are 'derechos subjetivos' de la personalidad / DEU: Persönlichkeitsrechte, so straddling personales and morales.
