"regla de cálculo" ??? (of lab value/T4 index?) For some lab parameters some calculations are done sometimes, although free T4 is determined directly, other values may be needed:
"Significado de los resultados anormales
Para entender completamente los resultados de un examen de T4 libre, se pueden necesitar los resultados de otros exámenes de sangre de tiroides, tales como TSH o T3"

ALSO; here they are giving a RANGE not a specific value i.e. "0,89 - 1,76". No value is being given for free T4.
Maybe another parameter is lacking OR out of range and they couldn't determine the T4/FTI value. Just guessing here....

It all depends on whether '*anulada por regla' is printed on the report. It might mean that in the case of menstruating women, the free thyroxine test is not valid.

The normal range for free T 4 in adults is 0.8 to 1.8 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL).

So I think it does mean period, even though the patient is male, so maybe it's an error in the test.
