Labour litigation:
(i) to act on behalf of the Company before the settlement committees, the labour courts, the trade organizations and the trade unions and before any authority, association, office and institution which may be competent, at all levels and jurisdictions, with the power to attend meetings, to act both as plaintiff and defendant, to propose exceptions, both in ordinary and enforcement proceedings, as well as to defer oaths, to answer to interrogatories and questionings, to submit final statements, counterclaims, preliminary exceptions and exceptions on the merit, evidentiary inferences and to file documents, all of this with limitation to amounts not exceeding Euro 100,000 for each litigation, it being understood that, also in relation to those litigation or activities which do not exceed such threshold, the board of directors shall be previously informed; ....
