German term
DF
German to English
Medical
Medical: Pharmaceuticals
List of adverse effects
I hope someone can help with this please. There is very little direct context
Xtandi 40 mg Filmtabletten
nach Besserung der UAW wieder auf 2 Tbl erhöht
einmalig 4 ***DF***, dann wegen UAW reduziert auf 1Tbl
4-0-0, einmalig
UAW presumably unerwuenschte Arzneimittekwirkungen
The only DF I can think of is Darreichungsform

Darreichungsform
Darreichungsform macht hier am meisten Sinn.

Discussion
However, I haven't found any reference where the German abbreviation is being used in place of Tabletten etc. (maybe I didn't look hard enough). Anne may have provided the missing piece to the puzzle, though, or thefastshow did, but I'd rather let you medical experts figure that out =)
Best wishes
Auch wenn Darreichungsform eher Df abgekürzt wird: https://www.bfarm.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Arzneimittel/Ph...
, schätze aber dass man das hier nicht so stringent sehen darf.

And Wikipedia suggests "unit dose" as an alternative to "dosage form": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dosage_form
HTH
But it does seem odd to say Darreichungsform rather than tablet.
I share the same doubt...
Best regards
"The dose is the amount of drug taken at any one time. This can be expressed as the weight of drug (e.g. 250 mg), volume of drug solution (e.g. 10 mL, 2 drops), the number of dosage forms (e.g. 1 capsule, 1 suppository) or some other quantity (e.g. 2 puffs)."
https://www.drugs.com/dosage/
Not sure, though, why a German doctor would do so.
Best wishes
"Dosage Form (DF) is defined as the physical form of a dose of a chemical compound used as a drug or medication intended for administration or consumption. Common dosage forms include pill, tablet, or capsule, drink or syrup, aerosol or inhaler, liquid injection, pure powder or solid crystal (e.g., via oral ingestion or freebase smoking), and natural or herbal form such as plant or food of sorts, among many others."

According to this information, a single dose consists of 4 tablets to take once a day.
