Até onde eu sei, picadinho tem vários nomes em inglês. O que eu sempre ouvi foi mince/minced meat, que é uma expressão mais comum no Reino Unido, enquanto ground beef é mais comum nos Estados Unidos.

: In a menu, you keep the original name indeed, but you usually explain what it is in thhe other language(s) in smaller font in the next line. I suppose this is what the client will do with the translation.
