Please see below thanks for a tube that is like a ladder (construction/mining), related to my previous question re dog bracket

Connection of Steel Wire Rope (SWR) to a ladder tube
The connection between the SWR and the bottom two (2) tube sections should be
carried out close to the top of the ladderway rise.
Always ensure there is a suitable hole cover in place and proper precautions are taken to ensure the safety of other personnel working in the area.
I.e. signage/barricade at the top and bottom of the raise.
The SWR should be connected to the first (bottom) tube by fitting a rope clamp bracket to the lifting bolt, and a rope clamp.
This should be repeated on the 2nd section of the tube, resulting in 2 rope clamps attaching the SWR to the first section of the tube.
The second clamp will be removed once the the tube is in place in the rise to allow the fitting of the next tube.
Place the dog bracket over the lifting bolt and screw on the locating nut (Figures 12 and 13).
Place the rope dog over the rope and into the rope dog bracket and tighten with the ratchet.

Just guessing, does it refer to a device like this? https://www.bairstow.com/1-4-3-4-klein-haven-grip-1625-20-ca...
Maybe a "tensor"?

Terms not familiar to me, but... Dogging:
Doggers select and apply slinging gear such as chains, slings, ropes, cables and hooks. They use these to attach loads to cranes or hoists so as to move the load, from Safe Work Australia.

The equipment and method used is based on the load’s size, shape, weight, centre of gravity and friction or grip.

When a crane or hoist operator cannot see a load they are moving, Doggers also direct the operator. This can be done “using hand signals, whistles and two-way radios”.

Any dogging work must be performed by a dogger who holds a Dogging High-Risk Work (HRW) Licence. https://prochoicesafetygear.com/ppe/blog/workplace-health-an...

A dog is an old-timey name for a jaw-like mechanical lifting device used to grapple items. Kinda like the chops of your favourite hound around a dropped snag at a barbie. The term is unique to Australia as in the US they’re called spotters. In the UK they’re known as banksman.

abrazadera para cuerda

It is used to connect a steel wire rope to various parts of a structure, ensuring stability and safety. The device typically clamps around the rope, providing a secure hold that prevents the rope from sliding or moving unexpectedly.

English, "Place the rope dog over the rope and into the rope dog bracket and tighten with the ratchet" suggests the use of a clamping or gripping device designed to hold the rope securely in place, often used in conjunction with a bracket or other mounting hardware.

I found some couple of resources that discuss the usage and safety considerations related to rope clamps in construction and mining, which are relevant to the "rope dog" context you've mentioned:

Elite Sales Inc. - "What Are Wire Rope Clamps and How to Use Them?"
This article provides an overview of wire rope clamps, discussing their types, applications, and the correct methods to install them to ensure safety and efficiency. Wire rope clamps are essential in construction and mining for securing wire ropes that lift heavy loads. The detailed guidance includes how to select the right clamps and install them properly.

Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) - Regulations on Rope Clamps Usage
MSHA regulations include specific requirements for the use of rope clamps in mining operations, ensuring they are applied correctly to prevent accidents and maintain safety standards in rigorous environments.

These provide valuable insights into how rope clamps (rope dogs) are used in safety-critical environments like construction sites and mining operations, discussing both practical applications and regulatory compliance.
