It could be "Do it yourself". In English, this type of service implies the fact that the beneficiary can manage on his own in executing it - for example, redecorating a house, fixing the roof, planting trees and so on. Or it may involve some tool kits that need to be put together in order to do the job. Anyhow, I think the translation is OK, as "je m'equipe" sounds like "I involve myself in doing it".

"Je m'équipe" in this context means "I purchase all my equipment from xxx".
If the translation is just going to be included at the bottom of the page with an asterisk (as is compulsory in France for slogans in a foreign language), I would make it as simple as possible. In other words I don't think you need to come up with something as snappy as the French slogan.

I don't know if this has any relevance at all to your context, but I have come across this term "Je m'équipe" being used as a button on a website, where it was clear that it meant "I want to buy this product" --- a bit like "Add to basket", and where the product was some piece of equipment (hi-fi or photo, I seem to recall)
Or could it be something a bit like Amazon's 'wish list', or another similar service, where you can pre-select items you'd LIKE to buy, but not right now, or items that you'd like to receive as presents(less likely...)? I can imagine someone pre-selecting different hi-fi or computer components, for example, and then buying them one by one at a later date...
Don't know if that's any help at all!
