agree Bourth (X) : I think you're right, even if the URSSAF, of all people, call it "Des Salaires" (this would be the DAS, I imagine, similar to the DAS2 I fill out every year).

Déclaration Annuelle des Salaires

At the end of every tax year in France a company has to declare all of the salaries paid to their staff. This is the DADS.
I would say it could be translated as "completion of the annual declaration of salaries", if you didn't want to use the French expression DADS.

Déclaration Annuelle des Salaires

Red tape. One of the declarations employers have to file with the authorities.

Bouclage: wrapping up, finalization, etc.

termination of annual declaration of employee data

This word social is a terrrible false friend in these circumstances. In English it simply cannot relate, on its own, to "employees" or "industrial" or "company-related".

Sometimes it is appropriate to translate it with the expression/epithet "social security".

It is clear in this context that it is about collecting data relating to **employees**: who joined, who left, periods of leave for various reasons, etc. Maybe also figures. Maybe RTT information.

In English the expression suggested by Francis suggests this information includes, and mainly concerns, sociological details about the people concerned.

The problem ultimately stems from the fact that the French word for company is société, to which social, in **one** usage in French, then relates.
