English term

The boy is completely full of nonsense

Non-PRO English to Norwegian Art/Literary Music
I need a translation for a song title. The word "nonsense" can also be replaced by a Norwegian slang equivalent for human waste, if it doesn't offend anyone to do so. It's not necessary, however. Like I said, I don't want to offend anyone.

gutten prater bare tull

back translates into "the boy just talks nonsens". In Norwegian "full of" is not as incorporated in the language as in English with this meaning.

The expression "brater bare tull" gives 60 direct hits on Google.

Gutten er (helt) full av tøv

Not sure if it makes for a great song title, but at least it mirrors your original title :-). I put "helt" -> "completely" in parenthesis as I believe the meaning comes across nicely without it.

Gutten er (helt) full av nonsens / (sludder)

is also possible. Good luck, Jeff Fahnestock!
Wait a little, I'll research the matter.

Gutten er (helt) sløv

The direct transaltion is in Norwegian "Gutten er full av tøv/tull", this does not sound correct. I would rather use the term "gutten er (helt) sløv" which means the boy is slow. Which is a more recognized term in Norway, than "Gutten er full av tøv/tull
